Make Diet Coke Cupcakes (Fat free!) with Betty Crocker's Fluffy White Icing (Fat free!) for our "Superbowl party" (I got the idea from my bloggy friend Shannon.) = Done
Make Pioneer Woman's Restaurant Style Salsa for "Superbowl party" = Done and YUMMMMM
Have a "Superbowl party" (a pretend one, hence the quotation marks, that consists of just us so we can have salsa and cupcakes) and cheer for the New Orleans Saints (even though I don't like football and don't watch, but I LOVE New Orleans and the fleur de lis, so YAY!) = Done
Wish Monday didn't always come so soon = Done

Fun weekend! I love Opryland! I hardly ever go when it isn't christmas time...I should go in the spring and check out all the flowers :)
a friend and i were going to leave our men at home and go see dear john friday night, but the blizzard here up north totally ruined our plans! im so jealous you got to see it!

Oooooh, Amanda! I was just thinking about that icing and how good it would be on those cupcakes...definitely going to try that next time. I always get that boxed icing when I do WW for a sweet taste every now and then. I don't know if you like orange-y stuff, but my Mom made the cupcakes with french vanilla cake mix and diet Sunkist...they were super yummy! I am doing those next...gotta get over Valentines week...my WW is on hold until the 15th =)
I found your blog through Shannon's recently and have been lurking for a couple weeks. It's so cute and happy! Love that you love Montessori. I went to a Montessori school until 3rd grade and loved it. I'm seriously considering home schooling my little girl when the time comes if there isn't a Montessori option available to her. Anyway! That's more than you wanted to know I'm sure! Haha. Love your blog!!
